PRS Geo-Technologies is a world-leading geotechnical engineering provider of soil
stabilization solutions based on our proprietary Neoloy Tough-Cells. Operating as a
certified manufacturer since 1996, we combine advanced manufacturing technology
with deep geotechnical expertise to deliver proven infrastructure solutions across
more than 90 countries.
Neoloy Tough-Cells are an advanced 3D cellular confinement system engineered
for extreme structural challenges. Manufactured from a Novel Polymeric Alloy (NPA),
they function like a flexible mattress that optimally distributes heavy vertical loads.
As the ultimate soil stabilization solution, Neoloy strengthens the ground by up to
10x, while drastically reducing earthwork requirements and cutting project timelines
by dozens of percent's.
The uniqueness of Neoloy lies in its Novel Polymeric Alloy (NPA) core, which
delivers unmatched dynamic mechanical modulus (elastic stiffness), high tensile
strength, and extreme resistance to permanent deformation (creep). Unlike
conventional plastics, our cells restrict plastic deformation to under 3%, ensuring
structural dimensional stability and guaranteeing a project design life of up to 75
years.
We offer comprehensive ground reinforcement and stabilization solutions across four
main sectors: Load Support (unpaved/paved roads, railways, runways, and heavy-
duty platforms), Earth Retention (gravity walls and steep slopes), Erosion Control
(slopes and channels), and Environmental Containment (landfill, reservoir, and
geomembrane protection).
We have successfully deployed our technology in thousands of challenging projects
worldwide. Notable examples include stabilizing high-speed Amtrak railway tracks in
the USA, reinforcing UN feeder roads and airfields in South Sudan, building heavy-
duty container yards at the Port of Gdansk in Poland, and constructing stable
foundations over expansive clays for Israel Railways and the New International
Airport in Mexico.
Our technology meets the most rigorous international engineering standards for
geocells, including ASTM D8269-21 and ISO/TR 18228-5 guidelines for geotechnical
and roadway projects. Furthermore, our manufacturing and operations are fully
certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental
Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety), and hold the European CE
Marking.
Standard HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) soft-cells suffer from severe plastic
deformation and loss of confinement under heavy loads, sometimes failing within
months of installation. In contrast, NPA-based Neoloy Tough-Cells provide rigid,
long-term performance, resisting dynamic fatigue and maintaining soil compaction
for heavy-duty infrastructure over decades.
Yes. While 2D tensioned membranes (like geogrids) require significant soil
deformation to activate, our 3D cellular confinement system actively restrains internal
forces and minimizes lateral soil movement at extremely low deformation levels. This
rigid 3D confinement delivers a modulus improvement factor up to 5 times higher
than that of advanced geogrids.
A major economic advantage of our reinforcement geocells is their ability to securely
confine marginal, poorly graded local soils, sand, or recycled asphalt pavement
(RAP). This eliminates the dependency on expensive, highly graded crushed
aggregates that traditional geogrids demand.
Absolutely. The polymer matrix is fortified with Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers
(HALS) to endure intense UV radiation, heat, oxidation, and free radicals over
decades. Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) confirms that they maintain reliable
elastic behavior across an effective service range of -60°C to +60°C.
By dramatically increasing the elastic modulus of the infill layers, engineers can
safely reduce required granular layer thicknesses by up to 85% and cut asphalt
requirements by 50%. Combined with the use of locally won infill materials, this
slashes capital costs, hauling expenses, and long-term maintenance cycles.
Our solutions significantly reduce the project's carbon footprint by minimizing heavy
earthworks, decreasing the volume of asphalt needed, and replacing quarried virgin
aggregates with local or recycled materials. This strictly aligns with green
construction and circular economy principles.
Yes. Unlike 2D geogrids which lose structural strength when the subgrade becomes
flooded, our 3D rigid confinement maintains peak strength and prevents soil washout
even in fully saturated environments, such as deep peat bogs, swamps, and flooded
coastal ports.
Yes, our Engineering Division provides comprehensive A-to-Z support, from
