Layered NeowebTM is an esthetic soil reinforcement and retaining system that meets all structural requirements, providing outstanding ease, speed, and flexibility in construction. In tests conducted in Japan, NeowebTM was found to withstand and resist the shocks and movements of earthquakes, hurricanes, and shifting of soft soil.

Because the NeowebTM soil retention system can form a very steep facial surface while maintaining structural integrity under its own weight (and externally imposed loads), it is ideal for the construction of steep slopes, such as highway embankments and surroundings with unstable foundation soils.

NeowebTM takes advantage of local soil infill and eliminates the need for a hard infrastructure base. The NeowebTM retaining wall promotes cultivation of vegetation that flourishes in the horizontal terraces. The system is vandalism-proof and provides outstanding drainage as well as noise suppression and acoustic protection.

Non-perforated tan, green, or special-colored fascia panels can be used to blend easily into any environment.

Gravity Retaining Walls

  • NeowebTM confines and refines granular fill, producing a homogeneous structural mass that resists lateral pressures with high frictional forces between layers.
  • The NeowebTM system self-adjusts to sub-grade movement and consolidation.
  • NeowebTM permits vertical or stepped designs.
  • The system promotes aesthetic natural vegetative green cover or the use of decorative non-structural fascias in a variety of colors.

Composite Retaining Walls

  • NeowebTM replaces the need for expensive structural fascia panels and complicated installation while supporting natural vegetative cover.
  • NeowebTM creates a totally confined wall facing that can be integrated into the backfill with a variety of tie-back systems.
  • It allows full use of locally available fill materials, even in applications for which conventional gravity structures cannot be used. , GEOCELL

Free-Standing Walls and Safety Barriers

  • NeowebTM permits rapid construction while enabling the use of permeable granular fill for dikes and cofferdams.
  • Partial or complete concrete fill provides added strength and stability for docks, groynes and other marine applications.

The NeowebTM cellular system can be recovered and re-used when applied in temporary installations.
